As Assistant Superintendent of Berrien County Schools, I continue to look for opportunities to help implement principles that will allow our schools to continue excellence in education.  This continued improvement is essential for performance toward the vision of the Berrien County School District.   Our district is committed to igniting a passion for lifelong learning for all students.  We believe that program development and management will facilitate change and improvement within the district.  The students of Berrien County must continue to be our highest priority as we prepare them for a global economy.  We must continue to be mission focused and work to build a consensus around the strategic initiatives of the district.
