About Migrant Education

The Migrant Education Program (MEP) is a federally-funded program designed to support comprehensive educational programs for migrant children to help reduce the educational disruption and other problems that result from repeated moves. We currently have one full-time person, Veronica Lopez, in addition to the Migrant Contact, Jamie Taylor. 

Our school system utilizes the inclusion model where the Student Service Provider goes into the general education classes and works with students as needed.
